The Memories of Mullards Reminiscence project was part of the Hackbridge and Beddington Corner Community Arts Project (HBCAP), one of the first Local Agenda 21 (LA21) arts projects in the UK. HBCAP used a variety of participatory Arts techniques to help local people audit their local area and provide skills and training.
